Watergun Phone Case

Overview
A lighthearted project that puts a smile on everyone's face.
This was done at UC Berkeley for E27: Introduction to Manufacturing and Tolerancing where we worked in groups and assigned the task of creating a product that was compatible with an everyday smart phone.
We chose a fun project: a phone case that is capable of spraying water.
From this, I learned how to prototype and design using 3D printing.

Process

Assembly
Composed of five components, spraying your friends (or cat) with water has never been more convenient.
The removable tank (2) makes reloading easy and mess free.
The removable tank has a sliding snap fit, similar to a calculator and its cover.
3D printed using PLA, this can be easily reproduced and manufactured for consumer entertainment.
